RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
BodyJewelry.com loves customer satisfaction, which is why we make everything easy! Items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage will only be considered as "return/exchange" merchandise. All customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return their items. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of body jewelry, we cannot accept returns for used body jewelry items. Follow our steps to return or exchange your item.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

Once you indicate if you would like to exchange or return your item, we will send you return label. Yes!! We cover the cost of shipping.
Print the return label that we email to you, attach it to your package and drop it off to your local USPS office.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive your package. Once we receive your package we will contact you to confirm the status of your order. We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise.
