ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are processed at 9:30 am Eastern Standard Time. If you place your order after that time, it will be processed the next business day. If you place your order on Friday after 9:30 AM it will be processed on The Following business day which in most cases would be Monday. If Monday is a holiday, the order will be processed on Tuesday. Our customer service center is open Monday thru Friday 9:30 am To 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. You can EMAIL Us at  info@bodyjewelry.com   24 Hours a day and it will be answered Within 1 to 2 Business days. If you have an urgent matter you may call us at 954-984-0099(Please ask for Bodyjewelry.com Department) During normal business hours.

Shipping Rates are based in part with the current cost of shipping plus handling through the selected shipping method.

First class mail average delivery 3-7 Business days $3.99 (Delivery confirmation only)

3 days select $14.99 (Guaranteed 3 Business Day)

2nd day air $24.99(Guaranteed 2 Business Day)

Next day air $34.99 (Guaranteed Next Business Day)

Worldwide shipping for $6.99 flat rate (7-10 Business Days)

Shipping is also available to FPO and APO addresses via USPS standard delivery or priority.




DELIVERY:

BodyJewelry.com offers reliable UPS & USPS delivery services to the United States . Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 5-7 business days from the day you placed your order. if you choose regular ground delivery (first class mail).

We do have other premium delivery services available at a slightly higher cost. (remember, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes)

We NOW accept personal checks and Money Orders, If you choose not to use a credit card. If you would like Pay with Check or Money Order, Just select that as your payment method during check out and submit your order. Then mail the Check or Money order to:

We will send out your order when we receive payment. Be sure to note your order number and/or email address in the memo section of your check.


RETURN POLICY:

Notification must be made within 48 Hr.  of order receipt via email at Returns@bodyjewelry.com  or by phone at 954-984-0099. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and the ITEM NUMBER of the jewelry piece in question when contacting.

Please be aware that no credits or refunds will be issued, rather the item will be replaced with a new one unless inventory does not permit.

Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without prior authorization or after the 48 hr.  period.


PACKAGING and RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:


Send your return package back to Bodyjewelry.com via the Post Office, UPS or other service. We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise. Include name, Order number and Item number(s) of enclosed merchandise. Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Items received damaged, unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored.

Articles are accepted for exchange if returned in original sealed packaging and in new condition within 14 days with prior authorization provided within 48 Hrs. of order receipt.

Items will be exchanged for same product or equivalent value.
