POLICY: Notification must be made within 48 hr. of order receipt via email at returns@bodyjewelry.com or by phone at 954-984-0099. Please provide your ORDER NUMBER and the ITEM NUMBER of the jewelry piece in question when contacting. Please be aware that NO CREDITS or REFUNDS will be issued, rather the item will be replaced with a new one unless inventory does not permit. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without prior authorization or after the 48 hr. period. PACKAGING and RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: Send your return package back to Bodyjewelry.com via the Post Office, UPS or other service. We are not responsible for non receipt of returned merchandise. Include NAME, ORDER NUMBER and ITEM NUMBER(s) of enclosed merchandise. Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Items received damaged, unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored. Articles are accepted for exchange if returned in original sealed packaging and in new condition within 14 days with prior authorization provided within 48 hrs. of order receipt. Items will be exchanged for same product or equivalent value.
