This labret monroe lip ring is made from 316L high grade surgical steel with a clear 1.6mm jewel and internal threading. The comfortable flat end measures 4mm. The size is available in 16 gauge and 6mm-1/4 or 8mm-5/16. The entire piece is nickel free.
