This is an eye-popping labret monroe lip jewelry made from a 316L high grade surgical steel shaft with a .925 sterling silver dice shape cube replacement bead with jewels. The center jewel on each side is Red. The ones around it are clear. The comfortable flat end measures 4mm. The size is available in your choice of 14 gauge and 8mm-5/16, 10mm-3/8, or 12mm-1/2 of an inch. The entire piece is nickel free.
