This is a fabulous jeweled titanium industrial barbell in gold anodized over 316L surgical steel that comes in 14 Gauge or 16 Gauge and 38mm-1.5 inches. Beads have one large clear cubic zirconia jewel in the center and five small jewels on the sides. The entire piece is nickel free.
