This is a barbell tongue ring made with a 316L high grade surgical steel barbell and beads with black acrylic UV (ultraviolet) doughnut. Bead size 5mm. Available in your choice of 14 gauge and 12mm-1/2 of an inch, 15mm-5/8, or 18mm-3/4 of an inch. Entire piece is nickel free.
