This is a barbell tongue ring with a 316L high grade surgical steel shaft and with blue triple jeweled design replacement bead. The bead size 5mm. The size is available in your choice of 14 gauge and 12mm-1/2 of an inch, 15mm-5/8, 18mm-3/4, or 22mm and 7/8 of an inch. Entire piece is nickel free.
