This is a simple straight barbell tongue ring made with a 316L high grade surgical steel shaft and surgical steel 5mm replacement beads. The size is available in 10 gauge and 12mm-1/2 of an inch, 15mm-5/8, or 18mm-3/4. Entire piece is nickel free.
